Welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year! We are so excited to welcome your children back to school. Can you believe the first day of school is here?
Del Valle ISD is excited to share that the district’s afterschool programs LEAD and Cardinal Care are now open for registration.
Welcome Class of 2026!
We hope you are having a fantastic summer! The 2022-2023 school year is quickly approaching. It is our goal that all 9th grade students and their parents attend Freshmen Orientation to ensure that your child has a successful year.
At Orientation, you and your child will have an opportunity to learn about DVHS policies and programs, review graduation requirements, gain access to monitor your child’s progress throughout the school year, take a campus tour and meet with your principals. . In addition, students will check out a DVHS chrome book, take their picture ID, sign the Class of 2026 DVHS banner, and earn HERO points for attending orientation. For the latest updates regarding Freshmen Orientation, please visit the DVHS website at dvhs.dvisd.net. We look forward to welcoming you to the DVHS Community.
For the 2022-2023 School Year, clear backpacks are required for all DVISD middle and high school students.
As Del Valle ISD continues to bring world-class and innovative learning to all students, the district is prioritizing collaborative and structured planning time for our educators. To ensure all teachers have a consistently available time for planning, DVISD will dismiss all schools 1 hour early on Fridays for the 2022-2023 School Year.
