Blended Learning at Del Valle High School

Blended learning is simply instruction that is delivered part online, and part face-to face, allowing students flexibility in terms of the place and pace of their learning, while increasing student engagement and academic achievement.

What this looks like at Del Valle High School differs across subject areas, grade levels, and learner types, and ranges from traditional looking lessons that are supplemented with technology, to lessons that are almost entirely delivered online.

Please explore this page to learn more about blended learning, the history of its development here at DVHS, and some of the different lesson models our teachers use.
